KoikatuFixes v0.3 - massive performance improvements (Patreon)

In this release I've added a new plugin - KK_Fix_ResourceUnloadOptimizations. It fixes some issues in the game code and gives massive speedup to loading studio scenes and school mode.

• Studio scenes that took minutes to load will now load in seconds, and the low FPS right after loading is completely eliminated.
• In main game loading into school is a bit faster and the low FPS after loading is completely eliminated.
• There are some minor performance improvements in other places, but nothing too noticeable.

Thanks to @Bepis for help with using MonoMod to do the hooking.
