KoikatuFixes v0.4 - fixes stutter/lag in school mode (Patreon)

In this release I've added a new plugin - KK_Fix_MainGameOptimizations. It greatly reduces (or even completely removes) random stutters/lag in main game's school mode.

Those stutters were caused by characters being loaded only when they entered current map (now all characters are preloaded during the first load screen - a bit longer first load and higher initial RAM usage), and by characters changing clothes (now clothes are changed asynchronously over many frames - in rare cases can result in visual glitches, nothing serious).
