Hecate should have a list of Skills she wants in her head at all times as a "backup" emergency purchase so that in the middle of combat if she starts gaining stat and skill points she can upgrade or purchase things that could turn the tide. The only ones I remember her considering recently have been [Haste], a couple of illusion/clone ones, and the one lets her curve bullets(would be especially helpful here since they seem quick enough to dodge bullets...)
