I love all three, but I voted for the Dick out option and here’s why. This feels like just a nice sleeping/cuddling session that ended up in sexy times. Kirishima (I’m assuming he’s one behind) got horny first and didn’t want to bother Bakugo too much and just getting his pants that much was a hassle, imagine getting the tight underwear off too, way to much effort.
