I stumbled upon this fic, Children, Behave, a couple days ago and it was everything I ever wanted from a story in which Eijirou never went to UA but still manages to meet Bakugou, just under different circumstances. it's super well-written and well-researched, it scratched an itch in my brain so good I had to stop in the middle of it to sketch something. highly recommend that you read it too if you like Kirishima!
