I'm honored to introduce you to ARE – the Audio Reactive Engine ! 🎉
After nearly two years of work on audio reactivity, I believe I’ve managed to craft a fairly complete tool
ARE offers:
Automatic or manual drum detection (Drums) ;
Detection of the global dynamic of the signal (Global Dynamic) ;
Per-frequency dynamics detection (Reduced FFT) ;
Detection of low, mid, and high components of the audio signal (LMH Dynamics) ;
Manual BPM detection.
ARE is designed for optimization – parameters are available to reduce CPU consumption as much as possible while keeping output consistency. A graphical interface allows you to monitor audio signal processing and fine-tune the exposed parameters
Technical documentation is in progress, as well as two tutorials 🎓:
One focused on how to use ARE ;
One on how to make 3D elements audio-reactive.
