I think her left arm looks weird, but I'm 70% sure it'll look fine with colors.

I thought she had a dick as well?, which could have made some good scenes like her treating the player like a personal cup dump or blowing her behind the bar

Accentuating the perspective for her left arm would help in building it, pushing her left shoulder a bit more forward like she's truly forcing MC's head between her legs. That way you can bend her arm a bit more, making it easier to draw.
