Hi everyone :)

Do you remember the Chained Dragon which had escaped several months ago? Well here's where it escaped from! Of course this is another addition to our Port City Series.

Was the dragon kept as a pet or sideshow for an eccentric nobleman? Was it detained here to warn off enemy ships from approaching? That's for you to decide! All we know now is that these chains and cannons were not strong enough to hold this magnificent creature.
