Hey everyone!

Every waterfall has something hiding behind it. After all, that's what waterfalls were invented for. Behind this particular waterfall is a secret fountain of the Fey, a pool of replenishment and rejuvenation or perhaps a blood altar or a secret oasis in the desert or a door to the astral.

This map was a collaboration with Ori the Cartographer. We'll be working together later in the year to bring you a multipart Fey Court series. So keep an eye out for that!

For the final variation we thought it'd be awesome to have some sort of fey elder brain monstrosity, so that's just what we made! Dagonzo is currently working on a stat block for it which we'll post soon.

In other news, thanks to Brett from our Discord server, we now have the missing community map files from the first remixing contest. Those have been much asked for and all patrons can get them here.

Speaking of which, we're currently planning the third remixing contest! This time we've asked other mapmakers to join us, which means more maps and assets to use and also a much bigger prize pool. More information on that next month. ;)

What's next? Well, coming before the end of the month we have an 6 floor dungeon to accompany the Mountaintop Observatory, a Dracolich lair and a multi-level Arcane Clocktower.

Can you guys setup a time lapse camera so we can see the process of making a map like this? The detail is insane compared to other Patreon’s.

We've made process gifs before, not sure if we want to record the whole process, my laptop struggles with the maps as is!

Oh my. Some of my favorite map artists working together on one of my favorite planes, that fit perfectly into my current campaign. Guess it's time to do what I planned since a while, and become a patron 😄

This is unreal... and timely for my campaign!

David

Absolutely brilliant work as always.
