Hey everyone!

Deep within this enchanted birch forest there awaits a gate to the stars. Or maybe somewhere completely different if the Fey have been messing with it! Time to open a portal, jump in and find out!

Our idea for this map was trying to find some mix between the eerie and ancient and the peaceful ambience of an ancient forest.

We're joined for this map by McRoMusic who has composed a great track to accompany this map. We'll be posting that shortly after this, go give it a listen and check out his work!

Oh man, would it be possible to pretty please get a version of this suspended over a pit of lava in the underdark? This would be perfect for a slightly homebrewed version of Out of the Abyss's Maze Engine.

I was getting the same thing when clicking on the $1 reward link, then remembered that you have to click it from the site instead of the e-mail to get it to work.

If it were me, I would make them portals that need to be activated to travel to other planes. Otherwise you hop in and float in the ether for a bit and get spat back out of another hole somewhere on the map Just to add a bit of chaos to the map!

So great! Rather than a bunch more variants (as many people are asking), could you just provide a version with only the Gate structure itself, and a transparent background to place the gate onto any existing map?

I have a BBEG who has figured out how to exist in multiple planes at once and these are absolutely perfect for the party's "Doc" to have created to help be in multiple places at once! Absolutely amazing.

Sorry if the question has already been asked but what kind of alphabet has been used for the symbols on the ring? I'm planning on using this wonderful map but I know my players will spend a lot of time in the library trying to decipher the symbols...Thank you for your answer and keep up this incredible work!!!

Hey, Samuel Green asked about a year ago about getting the gate structure with a transparent background. Is there a chance that I can get the "Open Portal" with the transparent background? I wanted to put this in a larger underground complex for the party to hunt down and turn off.
