Should I do a time skip now that the war is over, or continue with the kingdom building for a while before doing it? It won't be immediate, but after a couple more chapters, including Ei meeting Argal, the situation with the Dornish, and the news regarding the Targaryen invasion of Essos.

I think Ei has pretty much won in the current era. A time skip now would be good imo

Maybe a series of smaller time skips interspersed amongst bigger ones so that we can have a shot by shot view of what's going on
