Can’t be Brienne because she’s currently to young. Possibly a Mormont, but I don’t see them betraying the Starks no matter how deserved. Maybe a Dornish woman. However, if anything’s possible, it could be Lyanna cosplaying as the knight of the laughing tree. Any political backlash wouldn’t matter because Robert is Robert, she knows he had the hots for her and caused a political incident over her, Rhaegar and the Targs are shit, and this could provide her family stability and an ally instead of an enemy during the Long Night.
