That, "you fucking with n***s that's thinking they cuter than you, say you on your cycle but he on his period too..." is so funny when you consider SZA and Drake dated once upon a time. And more funnier when you realize Drake also has a song called 30 for 30 freestyle. 😂

I think another pop star you would like is Janet Jackson. Like SZA she has a lot of deep introspective albums and Janet also has one of the most socially conscious albums by any pop star probably in history ( that is mainstream) with Rhythm Nation. She has ton of classics and a pretty broad discography that is worth listening too. Taylor is also a fan plus she has some of the best visuals in the game (her and her brother). Also another one worth looking up is Missy Elliot although this is one moreso for visuals she is an icon for hip-hop visuals her and Busta Rhymes. So if you want creative artwork visually speaking those two in particular are go to and are highly influential to the Tyler's in regards to visual creators. Janet also explores her homosexuality in a few albums as with other themes

I think Kendrick’s line “down and out on my luck, saltwater all on my tux” in Babylon could be a reference to Frank Ocean’s song called Swim Good, in which Frank sings about driving off a cliff and into the ocean (due to heartbreak or depression) in a black suit (meant to symbolize funeral attire / a state of mourning), but the lyrics also take on a slightly hopeful tone when he sings “Imma try to swim from something bigger than me, kick off my shoes and swim good, and swim good take off this suit and swim good, and swim good, good”
