Tier Changes (Patreon)

So I know the vote was a while ago. Expect new chapters of Garden of Dreams and The End Bringer tomorrow! For those interested in my fanfics, huzzah! Double updates are fun. Sorry for the long delay! 

Now for the news. Nothing is changing for the fanfiction side. Votes are still valued the same as always and my fanfiction will always be free. It's fanfic. While I thank you for throwing money in the tip jar, that's all I ever really wanted it to be. 

But I'm aiming for the dream. I'd love to quit my job and write full time. So! For those more recent patrons who have joined for Artificial Jelly, I wanted to note that the tiers will be changing. 

First off, I will not take away access to any currently available chapters (of which I have just finished chapter 19 this evening. Feel free to check it out if you're interested! It's a good one!)

As of finishing Chapter 20, I will be opening a new document which Auracite and Lucavi members will have access to. Once that document has reached 5 chapters, a third document will open which only Lucavi will have access to. 

Lions will not see new chapters until August 11th, the current planned date of which I will have posted 15 total chapters on Spacebattles and Royal Road.  At that point, they will begin seeing the next five chapters ahead of whatever chapter is currently posted, available via the pin in #original-fiction on discord. For example, when I post Chapter 16 on Royal Road, I will also move Chapter 21 over to the Lion's early access link. 

Likewise, Auracite and Lucavi members will see 10 and 15 chapters ahead respectively via early access channels from then on. I'm also toying with the idea of allowing Lucavi comment access to my current chapters google document draft, but only if they express interest. 

Anyway, I hope this isn't offending anyone! The immediate impact is that lions won't see new chapters for about two weeks, which hopefully isn't too unreasonable since I've only been posting weekly thus far. That IS about to change though.  

Still, offering full access to Lions kinda ruins the incentive to patron at a higher tier. Hopefully you guys do not mind my decision to do this! I will endeavor to continue providing awesome fiction to my readers, and I hope you all enjoy what I do!

I love writing this story more than anything I've ever created. Gell a delight to write about every night and I hope you find reading about her as enjoyable as I find the writing!
