Hooray, I'm back to being a full week early! Just gotta keep the trend going. Anyway, hope you enjoy this one, this was an AMAZING trip that I was so excited to edit together! And of course feel free to let me know if there are any older jets out there that I missed...

[EARLY] I Flew on the World's OLDEST* Jet in Scheduled Passenger Service!

*okay, I discovered at the 11th hour that there are slightly older Yakovlev Yak-40's still flying in Russia. So "oldest larger-than-regional jet" or "oldest jet in an unsanctioned country to the West" - take your pick, I guess, pending any discoveries you all send me! I really enjoy the train videos because it looks like with each passing year I'm less likely to ride one. This video is extra special though, I would never have this experience. :) I am really glad your row companions were so friendly and along with the spirit. Those "seat occupied" cards might be helpful when someone is at the lavatory or just to set expectation since they allowed you to move around the aircraft. It's nice there's enough cargo they don't have to weight balance the passenger cabin. Pretty sure these were the aircraft that Western used to fly into Idaho when I was a young boy (maybe even after Delta took over).

I passed on this originally because I didn't think I'd find it interesting and it was 11 days after you posted before I watched it. Boy was I wrong. Great video and thanks for sharing this. What a great experience.
