In Danish and as stand alone characters, you pronounce Ø/ø as you would pronounce eu in the French word Bleu, or a little like the u in church. Then Æ/æ is like the E in Beth, and Å/å like the last O in follOW. But, Danish is one of the languages with most phonetic sounds, so this all depends on what letters surround and on context.
