Anonymous Story Vote Experiment (Patreon)

Hello again everyone,

So from a cursory read of the current story poll it's looking like it's going to be another extremely close one. Considering it's been three near deadlocks in a row, I'm starting to wonder if leaving the results public and keeping only two options doesn't encourage evening things out or near ties.

Unfortunately, Patreon doesn't allow me to hide results in real time... but other applications like Strawpoll sidestep that issue. So I've set up one to check if there is a noticeable impact (and added a 'interested in neither story' option for those who don't care about either choice and would rather have a new story).

Just put your patreon name when the app asks for it so I can check you were indeed a patron when you answered it. The patron poll will take priority, so this is just a side-experiment on the side to see if one option stands out a lot more when the votes are hidden from everyone else. I'll eventually publish the general results once the main poll concludes.
