Just so I understand your system, if I were to upgrade to "gold" right now, I would be able to download and start a new game and play all the content up to now? Is that how your tier system works? Is it just the scenes that are pay walled? Or is the actually game play based on the tiers as well?

Gold scenes are dedicated to high FPS scene. You can download all of her scenes including all of the previous gold scenes as well. However if you also want to access the next build with Jodi Leichtner, I suggest you wait next month. When you become gold, you can access both Gold and Silver content.
