「手ブラ」って英語で何て言うんですかね？

直訳だと「holiding breasts with her own hands」とかなんでしょうが、なんか一言でパッと表したいですよね。

胸チラは「down blouse」でパンチラは「upskirt」とよく言いますが、見上げるタイプの胸チラもあるし、なんか日本語とは違う気がします。

言語に詳しい方、教えてくださいｗ

The literal translation would be something like "holding breasts with her own hands," but I'd like to be able to express it in one phrase.

We often say "down blouse" for a flush of breasts and "upskirt" for a panty shot, but there are also types of breast shots where you look "UP", so I feel like it's a bit different from Japanese.
