About time we had a set for one of the uma girls.

A modified version shine1.62 > now 1.69. Has feeling of a real nice super clean lighting layer, at the every edge 2.5D while still leaning more towards 2D.

Continuing to find ways to make shine more visually stable. This is probably one of the most stable sets I've done for something using shine under version 1.7. It'll still freak out sometimes 😅but it feel like much less often! At least it seems that way for this set, maybe the model just loves Kitasan. Might tone it down/adjust it around next time I use this version, or even depending on the character too.
