Gotta love a final girl who won't stop fighting for anything. Zephyr is a champion and Moses is the best final husband. The villain in this was incredible. So detestable, but played so damn well by the actor. This was a hell of a flick. And honestly, even as someone who has an irrationally huge fear of sharks, it's so nice to see a horror movie/thriller involving sharks where they're not just portrayed as mindless killing machines. Good stuff.

Moses is the biggest breath of fresh air, he was ride or die after one day whereas some horror movie husbands of DECADES can't even do the bare minimum. Zephyr is on her own level of badass, girl's will to live needs to be bottled and sold. And Tucker is one of the most detestable (in a good way) recent horror villains. Another movie by the same director: The Loved Ones (2009). Just as awesome and arguably even more demented (Australian horror just GOES there a lot of the time).

During Zephyr's underwater sequence with the shark all I could see was Aquamarine. Everything from the lighting to the water effects to her staring into nothingness. 10 out of 10 of not knowing what direction the movie was about to head.

they say the most dangerous animal is mankind or some shit like that but yes ladies always choose the bear or in this case shark! moses was a sweetheart though, the lengths he went through for zephyr is insane but that's the kinda romance I live for and i need in my life! i love the fact that the shark saw zephyr had no fear and turned away and i wonder if that shark was the same one that gave the killer that bite bc that would just make his death too perfect..i love how giddy you were at the end! i was definitely riding the wave of emotions with you and i enjoyed every minute of it! can't wait for the next upload <3

I would have never thought a Final Destination movie and a movie about a crazy ass Shark feeder would be on my best of 2025 list. I am still in shock over how hard they made homegirl work to survive!!! I usually hate quick romances, but the way BOTH OF THEM PUT IN SOME REAL ASS EFFORT FOR EACH OTHER?!!! zephyr and bruce did have some things in common i noticed. both having poor upbringings. zephyr bouncing from foster home to foster home, going to juve. bruce being neglected as a child, experiencing a shark attack. they both learned to be independent and self sufficient and not depend on others. how to protect and defend themselves. like zephyr said she had to “watch her own back”. they’re both survivors of their upbringings. i’d even say that both of them have been cowardice and ran from things. the difference between them though is that one decided to become a serial killer and the other didn’t! zephyr chose not to victimize herself and other people and instead became a bad bitch. it’s funny how bruce acknowledged sharks as “the most misunderstood creatures on the planet” but failed to realize that even he himself was included in that majority. that big bad shark with the anger issues was really him.

It really is a very nice juxtaposition of what man can become. Zephyr, the shark, and the killer all endured rough circumstances but only decided to kill for pleasure/sport. Moses was raised in loving protection and became a force of the same. This movie is just so much fun fr!!!

Never even heard of this film but put it on and had to go somewhere in the middle. Left it on while I was DRIVING and almost got in an accident because I was watching the phone and not the road. Not a good idea but it was just as detective husband was coming to save the day and I was stressed! Any other time I hate traffic but I was hoping to get caught at every red light so I could focus. Ended up having to rewatch when I got home. I honestly thought it was gonna be a dud (hate shark movies) but i was pleasantly surprised.
