Aww shit 🙄

So, it is a dreamscape, but seems more to be a nightmarescape. Next guess: the Flame is Roshims burning love for Cristio. rekindling long forgotten feelings.

Keaton

That's terrifying

I've been rereading the "Roses For Avalon" from the beginning and something that's stuck out to me was composition of page 115. Each panel depicting a dragon is higher than the next. Even down to their poses. I noticed the last two Astheopithicus, and Oidecalla are sitting down. I wonder it's subtle characterization showing where each "Angel" is currently in their life, and how much they've fallen/grown complacent. I can't help but wonder where do the dragons stand morally in general not just relative to each other.

Yikes

WAUGH That's a great scare moment of Roshim losing his shit. I hope we see a little more of that. And you can really see how unsettled and frightened he is in the next panel.

Elcee Rod

Oh, Yikes. Oidecalla seemed much more serene in the previous sketches, but in the story proper… this doesn’t look good.

Noticing a distinct difference between the Oidecalla of the sketches and the, uh, one here.

Susi

Hmm, somehow I almost get the feeling that the words he is speaking are being spoken to Avalon, not to Roshim...

Oh wow, that last panel reminds me of Rameses' mother in The Prince of Egypt! Love it!
