Ricky's a tall guy!

I've experimented a bunch with using 3D whiteboxing to set up tricky perspective scenes, and while I'm still a believer in doing that kind of thing, I've found eyeballing curvilinear perspective like in panel 1 is helping me improve rendering a lot. I think it's important for the tools you choose to use help you improve as an artist!

Also, tickled at how cute Freddy is turning out to be. I feel I might have to draw some standalone pictures of them!
