Chapter 597: Noah's Choice, Isha Inherits the Power of Light
"Noah · Final Spark!"
The silver-winged giant's palm erupted with a white light brighter than a supernova, melting Nurgle's rotten body like a wax figure in the glow.
But the Chaos God's abdominal cavity suddenly split open, and countless Nurgle daemons screamed as they formed a barrier of flesh—these lesser daemons born from the Warp had manifested in the real universe!
A silver light transcending space and time exploded, forcibly tearing Nurgle's body apart. Every chunk of his rotten flesh, every drop of pus, was dragged by this force into an independent, sealed dimensional prison!
"Your corruption ends here," Noah roared.
He was furious to the extreme at this green monster, which was the very embodiment of corruption, the synonym for evil, and in some ways, even more detestable than Dark Zagi.
"Boom——!!!"
"The Father's children will remember this pain!" Nurgle's voice echoed simultaneously from a million rotting mouths, as a Warp rift spanning the sky tore open above Tokyo Bay.
Viscous green pus cascaded down like a waterfall, with billions of plague beasts floating within it.
A massive number of plague beasts appeared out of thin air in Mefilas' Domain, even infiltrating beyond it. Even without Nurgle's power in reality, it could still affect Earth's reality.
Countless monsters from Nurgle's legions appeared, rampaging and slaughtering life on Earth. The Earth Defense Force's power was utterly insufficient to deal with these monsters.
Rhodes frowned from space: "This fat bastard can create Nurgle daemons out of thin air?"
He had underestimated these Chaos Gods a bit. None of them had survived to become the power ceiling of the Warhammer universe without reason.
Even in another universe, the power of the Chaos Godhead allowed Nurgle to create endless daemons at will. The Four Chaos Gods were the source of all daemons; as gods, they could casually create daemon armies.
Inside Mefilas' Domain, Noah's silver wings suddenly trembled violently. In the ocean of light, Kazuki Komon heard Nagi Saijyo's scream—the real world was undergoing a terrifying mutation.
The Earth Defense Force and ordinary people on Earth were suffering heavy losses; green monsters were constantly attacking humans!
Those humans infected by Nurgle's plague had their suffering transformed into Warp energy!
"Damn it! You cursed monster, stop this, stop!" The silver giant roared and charged forward, relentlessly punching and kicking the green fatso in front of him.
This monster was even more terrifying than the dark giant from before!
A large amount of corrosive acid flowed from Nurgle's body, splashing onto the silver giant's form.
Though it was all evaporated by the powerful light energy, Nurgle's power was absolutely not to be underestimated!
"You cannot kill life itself. I am not an evil existence; I am the representative of cosmic life. You think humans are life, but to me, humans are just a collective of life. The trillions of bacteria, viruses, and cells within them are all life in my eyes." Nurgle's body, evaporated down to a skeleton, suddenly began regenerating. Rotten flesh wrapped around Noah's arm like vines.
"For every cell that dies, trillions of new lives rejoice. I am the representative of life. Coming to this new world has let me feel entirely new life; I will become even stronger," Nurgle said.
Terrifying Chaos energy emanated, corroding the human world. Whether steel constructs or ordinary life forms, humans or animals, none could escape the fate of corruption.
The entire country was shrouded in a green haze, with rot, plague, and viruses erupting.
Noah's eyes suddenly burst with blazing white light. Every metallic feather on his silver wings began vibrating at high frequency, emitting a hum beyond human hearing limits.
The entire domain began contracting violently, with spatial laws forcibly rewritten—Nurgle's regeneration speed was brutally suppressed!
"You think... this can defeat me, you evil monster?" Noah's voice suddenly became ethereal, as if stars billions of light-years away were resonating.
In the next second, the V-shaped core on his chest bloomed with brilliant evolutionary light. The corrupted land, buildings, and even air began reversing!
Those steel-flesh monsters twisted by plague reverted to cold metal under the silver light; the wreckage of infected Night Raid fighters shed their rotten flesh, restoring their original mechanical structure.
Even humans infected by the plague virus, turned into walking corpses, recovered to normal upon contact with this silver-white light.
This was the power of the Mysterious Four Ultras, the true hellish light in the strongest Ultraman universe, a genuine multiversal existence. Even just a strand of light's consciousness possessed power beyond Nurgle's imagination.
"This is impossible!" Nurgle's skeleton trembled violently, true fear appearing in his rotten eye sockets for the first time. "You... are rewriting reality?!"
What? This silver giant could directly modify reality, directly alter rules?
This was power even they, the Chaos Gods, dared not dream of, and this was just a sliver of his clone!
What the hell kind of monster-level powerhouse was this?
Nurgle felt the vast gap between them for the first time; their strengths had an uncrossable chasm.
"No." Noah slowly raised his hand, palm aimed at Nurgle. "I am merely returning everything to its proper form—and you never belonged here!"
"Noah · Severance!"
The silver-winged giant suddenly crossed his arms into a cross. This seemingly defensive pose made Nurgle howl in terror—Noah wasn't defending; he was compressing the entire Mefilas Domain! The vast space of light instantly collapsed into a microscopic singularity, tearing Nurgle's regenerating body into fundamental particles.
Ultraman Noah erupted with unprecedented light power, his entire body flickering. In an instant, he transformed into a youthful red form over 40 meters tall.
At this point, the human he was hosted in had reached his limit. After releasing the transformation, he would die completely, just like the previous two potential hosts.
He was the first ray of light in the universe, the first Ultraman, the source of light. Even a sliver of his power was not something ordinary humans could wield.
Rhodes, hidden nearby in the shadows, didn't intervene because such an attack couldn't kill Nurgle.
Unlike the life forms of this world, Nurgle had no physical form, so you had to destroy everything he produced to kill him; otherwise, he could revive from the source of life.
After coming to the Ultraman world, changed by this world's rules, they all gained physical bodies!
But that didn't mean destroying this physical body could kill our Father; after all, the Father represented the incarnation of life rules, and if life was tenacious...
"I am immortal! I am the manifestation of life. Didn't I tell you? How much effort will you waste?" The green sludge blown into fragments began reassembling.
Then slowly reviving.
"Don't worry, I will bless this planet. I will spread the Father's love to every child. I love every life, every cell, every bacterium, every virus—they're all little darlings. I will love everyone without discrimination." Nurgle let out a nauseating laugh.
If there was a Giant of Light here now, Noah could use his own pure light to grant the other immense power, enough to kill this green monster completely, even destroying his consciousness.
But right now, he was using just an ordinary human's body!
This body could handle ordinary monsters or slightly stronger bosses, but against a rule-level monster like this, it wasn't enough.
No choice! It seemed he had to find a way to summon a new Ultra Warrior.
At this moment, Ultraman Nexus's body could no longer hold out.
Kazuki Komon, the strongest potential host, was collapsing at the cellular level. Like the previous two, his life was at its end.
"Mr. Jun Himeya! I'm sorry, I couldn't protect this Earth." At this point, the Giant of Light had completely vanished.
Kazuki Komon lay miserably on the ground!
Just then, a burst of emerald green light flashed, injecting incredibly powerful life force into Kazuki Komon, restoring his burned-out vitality and infusing his body with new vitality.
A female giant about 60 meters tall, with a perfect curvaceous figure and golden-green skin, appeared in the domain.
"Isha, my dear Isha, is that you? This is your power; you've finally appeared before me." Nurgle immediately showed an ecstatic expression, gazing obsessively at Isha.
Blessed with the power of the Life Goddess. Kazuki Komon's body quickly recovered, and he stood up, looking incredulously at the golden-green female giant in front of him.
"A new... new Ultraman! And a female warrior!"
Such warm, such warm power. Completely different from the scorching power of light, this was a power infused with the essence of life—this, this was true life!
"Are you okay?" Isha said.
"I'm fine, Miss Giant! I can still fight. Let's defeat this monster together." Kazuki picked up the Evoltruster from the ground, intending to transform again.
This female giant was unusual; she possessed extremely pure life force, which Noah could sense.
But she also had a dark attribute power, though that darkness had been purified almost to nothingness. Noah could still feel that this female giant full of life essence was probably once a dark giant.
However, since she had abandoned the darkness, that was a good thing. He could fully grant her some light power.
The Evoltruster in Kazuki's hand suddenly flew out, arriving in front of the female giant. It released an extremely pure golden light, injecting into the timer on Isha's chest.
"Do not resist, unfamiliar Ultraman. I will inject my light power into your body. This mortal's power cannot maximize my light, but you can. You will possess part of my power and defeat this monster." A supremely warm voice entered Isha's mind.
"Accept it, Isha. Don't worry; this giant is the power ceiling of this universe. Accepting its power will make you stronger than ever before," Rhodes said.
What great news. His wife would receive part of Noah's light power—this was a huge boon! This was a true top-tier big shot from the Ultra universe.
"I understand, great Ultraman Noah. I will accept your power and defeat this monster," Isha said.
"Resonance of Life and Light—Isha · Noah Form!"
The Evoltruster erupted with brilliant golden radiance, surging like a galaxy into Isha's chest timer.
Her body began to transform—her originally golden-green skin was plated with a layer of sacred silver-white. Her slender limbs were wrapped in light armor, and a pair of wings made of pure light energy unfolded behind her, each feather flowing with star-like patterns.
The most astonishing change was to her head: her originally soft facial lines became sharp, her eyes burst with Noah's signature diamond-shaped light, and a miniature V-shaped crystal emerged on her forehead, resonating with the chest timer in cosmic rhythm.
"This is... the power of light?" Isha looked down at her new silver-white palms. She could feel surging not just life energy within her, but something older and more noble—a fragment of the "first ray of light" spanning the multiverse!
"No! How dare you defile my Isha!" Nurgle let out a heart-rending howl. His rotten body suddenly swelled to a thousand meters tall, with countless plague beasts spewing from his pores. "I'll kill you all!"
Isha merely raised her arm gently.
"Purifying Rain."
Her light wings suddenly scattered into billions of golden light particles, raining down like a storm over the entire domain. Those hideous plague beasts, upon touching the light particles, had their rotten flesh fade and pus evaporate, reverting to the most basic inorganic matter. Even Nurgle's main body was scorched sizzling by this light rain; he discovered in horror—his regeneration ability had failed!
"It's useless." Rhodes's voice suddenly echoed in the domain. "Noah's light combined with Isha's life authority—now every strike she makes carries a 'concept erasure' effect. Your Warp tricks won't work anymore."
Nurgle's single eye spun wildly, suddenly compressing all his corrupting power into an ink-green core—that was the manifestation of his Chaos Godhead!
A golden torrent wrapped in emerald energy blasted out, crystallizing all space in its path, as if even time was frozen.
Chapter 598: The Power of the Giant of Light, Ultraman Favorability 100%
Nurgle's core was like fragile glass before this attack, first cracking like a spiderweb, then...
"Crack—Boom!!!"
A tremendously violent explosion rang out!
The shockwave from the core's explosion tore Nurgle's last consciousness to shreds. The corrupting power tried to escape but was hunted and purified by the light particles falling from Isha's wings.
When the last wisp of green smoke vanished, the Warp rift above Tokyo Bay completely closed.
In the real world, people saw emerald light rain falling from the sky. Plague-corroded buildings restored to normal, comatose Night Raid members awoke one by one, and even some buildings miraculously stood again.
"We... won?" Kazuki Komon knelt amid the ruins. The Evoltruster had somehow returned to his hand, but the light energy inside seemed depleted by over 90%.
Kazuki even had a feeling that he might not be able to use it to transform into Ultraman anymore.
Isha's giant form slowly landed. She reached out and gently touched the potential host's forehead, injecting a stream of life energy: "Your body has deeply fused with Noah's light. I can seal part of Noah's light into your body. You will become a new giant. Though you can't transform into Ultraman Noah again, you can still fight in Nexus form."
This was an ability she gained from Noah's inheritance, allowing her to inject light power into ordinary life forms. Kazuki already had strong light power within him!
And in this battle, nearly all humans on Earth had lent him the power of light, so now he could transform into Ultraman.
The Evoltruster vanished, replaced in Kazuki's hand by another transformation device, belonging to Ultraman Nexus.
At that moment, a silver giant's phantom appeared—it was Ultraman Noah. As the first ray of light in the universe, he descended here in some way as a mental projection.
"Remember, child, the power of light is a bond! If one day you face an enemy you cannot defeat, believe in all humanity, believe in the light in human hearts, and you can awaken miracles once more." Ultraman Noah's voice entered Kazuki's ears.
Nothing is absolute. The light power in Kazuki's body, combined with the power he left behind.
And the Nexus born from this female giant's power—if truly facing a strong enemy and awakening miracle power, might even transform into Noah once.
"Are you leaving? Ultraman Noah, and the unknown female Ultraman," Kazuki nodded and asked.
"It's time to part. All threats to this world have been eliminated. Humanity can live freely here; no evil beings can threaten this world's humans anymore," Ultraman Noah's massive phantom said.
"I understand, Ultraman Noah."
"Remember, Ultraman's power will never bully the weak and will not interfere with human choices.
Though you possess this power, fight only to protect. Never interfere with human choices or become a god to humans. Understand?" Noah said.
Actually, the most suitable warrior was that war correspondent named Jun Himeya, but Himeya couldn't fully unleash all his light power.
"I know, Ultraman Noah. I will hold to my true heart. I will never become a god; I will always be an Ultra Warrior fighting for humanity. I am Ultraman Nexus," Kazuki said.
The massive Ultraman Noah phantom nodded, waved his arm, and sent Kazuki out of the domain.
After handling Kazuki's matter, Ultraman Noah's massive phantom turned to look at Isha, who had become the Life Giant.
At this point, Isha's power was no less than some Legendary Ultras, only a step below them, the Mysterious Four.
"Powerful female giant, I sense you are the incarnation of life. You possess incredibly strong power and an utterly kind heart!
Though the body you use is a dark giant's, all darkness within it has been completely eradicated by you. From now on, adhere to the path of light," Ultraman Noah nodded at Isha and said.
He could sense that this green Ultra Warrior with life power had a kind heart.
"I thought you would drive me away. After all, you are equivalent to this world's guardian deity, and I am just a god from another universe," Isha said.
Rhodes had just told her how terrifying this Ultraman named Noah was—a being countless times stronger than the Four Chaos Gods.
"You are kind; that's enough. You helped me protect this planet!
As for your origins, that doesn't matter. Ultra Warriors often traverse universes," Ultraman Noah said.
As long as they weren't great demons seeking to destroy universes or planets, the Mysterious Four would not act lightly.
This time, his light came to this universe's Earth because there were no Ultra Warriors on this Earth, or even in the entire universe, so he had to come personally to save the day.
Of course, the alien beasts' terrifying regeneration and replication abilities were also a reason. If an ordinary Ultra Warrior came to this planet, it would be no different from suicide.
"Great incarnation of light, Ultraman Noah, thank you very much for granting me your light power," Isha bowed to the massive phantom in front of her.
This powerful light being had a benevolent heart; even though she came from another universe, he unhesitatingly granted her his light!
In cosmic space, Rhodes was staring at his palm—there floated a struggling strand of green energy, precisely Nurgle's most fundamental "life authority" fragment.
Or rather, it was Nurgle's Chaos Godhead!
"Thanks for the treat." He smiled and crushed the fragment, absorbing it. A emerald green light flashed in his eyes, then was absorbed by the system's power. This time, it yielded a full 300 system crystals and tens of billions of system coins.
These were enough to upgrade the system enhancement shop or perform another highest-level system shop lottery.
However, drawing the top-tier warriors probably still couldn't compare to the Mysterious Four. That so-called strongest monster ever, Hyper Zetton, had been surpassed in later movies and TV shows.
Rhodes suddenly had an idea. His body flashed with light, then he appeared before Ultraman Noah.
"Great Ultraman Noah, I am Isha's husband. My name is Rhodes," Rhodes said, bowing to Ultraman Noah after appearing.
Noah glanced at Rhodes and nodded slightly. He detected incredibly strong cosmic phantom beast power from Rhodes, and cosmic phantom beasts were kind life forms, like the Giants of Light.
However, besides the cosmic phantom beast power, there should be some monster powers, but not the source power of monsters.
It was obtained through some very special means, gaining certain abilities and partial physical qualities from monsters—this was extremely powerful for a human!
"I thought you wouldn't come out to see me! Outsider, what is your purpose in coming to this universe?" Ultraman Noah asked.
"Ultraman Noah, I want to ask you—or rather, ask the great Giants of Light—to save a dark, cold universe," Rhodes said.
Having finally come to the Ultra universe, Rhodes had to call for reinforcements no matter what!
Now, only two Chaos Gods remained. After returning, he would deal with them, and now, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to increase his strength was right in front of him!
"I can see it—a cold, dark, despair-filled universe brimming with death and ill omen. I've never felt such despair.
But that is not our multiverse. My power is strong, but I cannot go to your world. I wish to help, but I am powerless," Ultraman Noah said.
If he could go to that dark, cold universe, he would naturally not hesitate to lend a hand.
But the moment he saw Rhodes, he had already glimpsed the past and future from him!
He learned a bit about that universe's information. Though despairing, it wasn't without hope; this special human before him was that universe's hope.
"Ultraman Noah, I possess a very special power that can summon powerful monsters.
And enhance these monsters' powers onto myself, but my growth has reached a limit. I can only inherit one ten-thousandth of the monsters' power.
Even with the cosmic phantom beast Great Buffalo, I am only a quasi-legendary existence. I ask you to grant me the power of light, to become a Giant of Light," Rhodes said.
"That's not difficult, but I need you to promise me one thing," Ultraman Noah said.
"Ultraman Noah, please speak," Rhodes said.
"I can teach you the power of the Giants of Light, letting you save your own universe, but promise me not to use this power to bully the weak. My power was born for protection, not to bring disaster," Noah said.
"I can swear: I have never bullied the weak. I have always protected cosmic peace," Rhodes said.
Since traversing to the Warhammer universe, his true opponents were those Chaos daemons, the Tyranids, and even the Orks, whom Rhodes could recruit as subordinates.
But one thing: Rhodes had never bullied the weak. In fact, because of Rhodes's appearance, some Xenos that would have been exterminated by humans survived.
Like the Aeldari, like the Necrons, like a certain T'au army—he just sent them beyond the galaxy, finding them a new home!
"I can sense that if your power were evil, if you had slaughtered countless lives, I wouldn't help you," Noah said.
The facts were as the youth before him said; Noah detected not a trace of dark evil power on Rhodes. Though he had killed many lives, it was all for salvation.
The Warp daemons he killed, the Tyranids, even a green bio-weapon race—they were no different from the evil monsters of their universe!
A smile appeared at the corner of Rhodes's mouth.
As everyone knows, in the Ultra universe, protecting humanity is a light behavior. As for other cosmic beings' lives, Ultraman doesn't care much.
And in the Warhammer universe, Rhodes was a staunch human faction, saving all humanity single-handedly, with massive human faith and hope light flowing through him.
So Rhodes was confident that upon arriving in the Ultra universe, he could get along perfectly with these Giants of Light.
Though he played with monsters, hadn't Ultraman played with monsters? Ultraman loved playing with monsters the most—the kind where they played to death!
He had maxed out nearly all of Ultraman's favorability attributes!
More importantly, upon arriving in this world, he and Isha had helped Noah solve this universe's great plague, Nurgle!
"Prepare yourself. I will now inject my light into your body, combining with your internal powers, turning you into a Giant of Light." Without hesitation!
Our incredibly powerful Ultraman Noah acted immediately, helping Rhodes awaken the light power and become a powerful Giant of Light.
Ultraman Noah's phantom suddenly bloomed with dazzling light, filling the entire domain with silver-white glow.
Isha subconsciously raised her hand to shield her eyes, but saw Rhodes's body slowly floating in the light.
"The essence of life, the truth of the universe, and—" Noah's voice boomed like a great bell echoing in space, "the determination to protect."
Rhodes felt a warm power surging into his body, different from any monster energy he had absorbed before.
The light power washed over every cell like gentle tides, causing wondrous changes to the various monster genes stored within him.
"Ah—!" Rhodes couldn't help shouting. His body expanded and transformed in the light, with silver-red-gold light particles condensing into streamlined armor on his surface. A gold-red timer emerged on his chest, and his eyes turned into brilliant golden crystals.
When the light dissipated, a brand-new Giant of Light stood in the domain.
His form was slightly more slender than Noah's but stronger than ordinary Ultra Warriors, primarily silver-white, adorned with blue patterns symbolizing cosmic phantom beasts. His shoulder pads and wrists retained some monster armament features.
"This is..." Rhodes looked down at his glowing hands. He could feel the surging light energy within him perfectly fused with his original monster powers.
Chapter 599: Three Transformations, Dark Lucifer?
"Your form has fused light power with your original powers," Noah's voice carried approval. "You are both a Giant of Light and retain the trait of harnessing monster powers."
Rhodes tried moving his body; every action trailed brilliant streams of light. He was surprised to discover that not only could he feel the abundant light energy within, but he could also call upon any previously absorbed monster abilities at will.
"Try your power," Ultraman Noah said.
Rhodes nodded, raising his right hand. With a thought, a golden light blade extended from his arm—this was a product of combining Red King's power with light energy.
Then, his left hand condensed a blue-white energy orb, fusing cosmic phantom beast and light powers' dual traits.
"This is truly amazing!" Rhodes said in delight. "I can feel the powers enhancing each other; all forces are fused."
Rhodes raised both hands high overhead. The red crystal on his forehead flashed with light, and a crimson glow passed over Rhodes's body surface.
Rhodes's body immediately became extremely robust, with explosive muscle growth. Armor even appeared on his chest and joints, and his body turned gold-red.
This form was similar to Ultraman Tiga's power mode, maximizing the power within Rhodes!
Combining Gomora's berserk transformation, Red King's terrifying monster strength, and the cosmic phantom beast Great Buffalo's power—all concentrated to maximally enhance physical strength.
And it enhanced not just melee power; defense was also insanely high. Now, Rhodes could confidently pat his chest and take some Ultra Warriors' beams or monsters' special skills head-on with his chest.
"In this state, your power is pushed to the limit. I suggest you keep only one beam ultimate skill and allocate the rest to physical qualities. Maximize your strength," Ultraman Noah nodded at Rhodes and said.
Rhodes nodded, following Ultraman Noah's advice. For ultimates, Rhodes fused his inherited Gomora's ultra-shockwave, cosmic monster Great Buffalo's Steel Breaking Fist, and EX Red King's Flame Road.
Fusing three ultimates into one extremely powerful killing technique—this was this form's only beam skill.
"Thank you for your guidance, powerful Ultraman Noah. This state is indeed very useful. I have another form!" Rhodes raised his hands overhead again, and the diamond gem on his head began emitting light.
A silver-blue glow flashed, turning Rhodes's body silver-blue. It became as slender as the previous form, without the robust oppressive feel of the second form.
In this form, Rhodes could use Bemstar's absorption ability, various superpowers from Mefilas, various cosmic phantom beast powers, and dimensional energy from Yapool.
In this state, Rhodes gained many ultimates, able to use various superpowers in battle, like telekinesis pulling, telekinesis manipulation, instant teleportation, creating defensive barriers, and firing various beam abilities.
Even if returning to the Warhammer universe, Rhodes could connect to the Warp with his powerful soul and use some psychic powers.
"Not bad! This state's combat style is very unpredictable and versatile. If facing tricky enemies, switching to this state is the best choice," Ultraman Noah nodded approvingly at Rhodes.
"Ultraman Noah, I think these three forms are enough for now. The first is balanced, the second enhances power, and the third enhances superpowers and various beams," Rhodes said.
Transformation abilities aren't better the more there are. If Rhodes wanted, he could develop a transformation for every monster he had enhanced.
Even the Emperor's psychic power could be added as a transformation, but would that really be meaningful?
Each transformation doesn't greatly enhance him. Three forms are already enough for Rhodes to handle most enemies.
Like Ultraman Tiga and later Dyna, who conquered with three forms!
Rhodes felt his three forms were already perfect, each fusing the most excellent powers from the monster abilities he mastered.
"You can try one more thing: integrate all your powers, attempting to fuse them all into your body without needing transformations!
Then you can use all your abilities and perfectly unleash them at 100%. For example, that beam ultimate from the red form—if fused with your superpowers, its power would be even stronger," Noah said.
Fancy transformation skills are just states developed due to insufficient ability. If your ability is strong enough, you can always maintain the ultimate form.
"Thank you for your guidance, Ultraman Noah," Rhodes nodded and said.
Noah's phantom nodded slightly: "Light power does not reject other just powers. Remember, this power exists for protection.
I must leave now. In the remaining time, I hope you, as visitors, can enjoy this universe."
As guests, Ultraman Noah would entertain beings from other universes, but if they were enemies, Ultraman Noah would let them know the power of light.
Rhodes nodded to Ultraman Noah, who turned into a beam of light and completely vanished before Rhodes.
"This is unbelievable. Rhodes, this giant is really powerful. I even doubt if the Dark King, once born, would be his match," Isha walked over and said.
Isn't that right? Only by truly facing Ultraman Noah could one know how strong he was. Just a strand of light, a sliver of a clone's power, could achieve such things.
Even in the end, without their help, Ultraman Noah could handle Nurgle; it would just take a bit more effort!
Though Nurgle was powerful, he was far from Ultraman Noah's opponent. If Rhodes and Isha hadn't appeared, at most, Kazuki Komon's life would have been sacrificed.
"This time, we've struck it rich, Isha. I've finally integrated my own powers; I'm no longer that half-baked version who could use multiple abilities but couldn't fully integrate them," Rhodes said, clenching his fist.
Before, he had giantization ability, initially from Mefilas' superpowers, later from cosmic phantom beast powers. But now, whenever Rhodes wanted, he could instantly become a Giant of Light form for battle.
"So what do you plan to do next? We can stay in this universe for another two and a half days," Isha asked.
Rhodes stroked his chin in thought. Honestly, after coming to this new world, his initial goals seemed all accomplished.
First, killing Nurgle and successfully obtaining a massive amount of system coins, plus the most precious system crystals!
Enough for another 100-draw, or even fully upgrading the enhancement shop, boosting all his top monsters' combat power to the limit.
Then, obtaining this world's true specialty: Ultraman power. And Rhodes's Ultraman power came from the universe's first ray of light, Ultraman Noah, with true multiversal-level combat power.
It could be said he reaped abundant rewards. With only two and a half days of action time, what to do in that timeframe?
"How about I take you for a stroll on this Earth?" Rhodes said.
"Forget it! This planet's civilization level is extremely low; it hasn't even reached the initial spacefaring stage, and industrial pollution is severe. How can it compare to the beauty of the Cosmic Beast planet?" Isha said.
This Earth was better than humanity's homeworld Terra, but it couldn't compare at all to their Aeldari maiden worlds or the Cosmic Beast planet she now lived on.
So for now, Rhodes really had nothing to do. How about taking Isha around this universe for a tour!
With only two and a half days, they couldn't go too far. Though both were Giants of Light with very fast cosmic travel speed, this universe really had nothing worth grabbing!
This universe had no Land of Light, the Earth had no super ancient civilization, and no inheritance of light or such.
"Master, this world still has some valuable things. I can sense a very primal dark existence in this world," just as Rhodes planned to take Isha for a tour and return to the Warhammer universe, Belial spoke.
"That's right, master. I also sense an extremely massive evil power in this universe, very dark and ancient," Daram appeared beside Rhodes and said.
As a former dark giant, Daram had a very keen sense for dark powers. He could feel this planet harbored an even stronger and more terrifying darkness.
"Terrifying darkness? How is that possible? This planet should have no more dangers," Rhodes said in surprise.
The Nexus world's final boss should be Dark Zagi, but this Dark Zagi wasn't the universe's first darkness; it was split from Galaxy Ultraman!
It was a monster created by a highly advanced civilization imitating Ultraman Noah.
"We can't be wrong, master. This terrifying monster lives on this planet; it's right here," Daram said.
"The opponent should also be a dark giant, but with power stronger than the dark giant destroyed in space earlier," Belial said.
"They're right, master. I can also sense an incredibly terrifying dark power," Tartarus appeared beside Rhodes and said.
Rhodes frowned upon hearing this, suddenly seeming to recall something. Nexus was actually a canceled series.
Because its final boss in the setting wasn't actually Dark Zagi; Dark Zagi was just a mid-series boss. The true boss was Dark Lucifer.
This boss was a conceptual design that never appeared in the plot, only debuting in later novels, set three years after Ultraman Noah defeated Dark Zagi.
Possessing extremely terrifying dark power, he was finally faced by Kazuki Komon and Saijo transforming together into Ultraman Noah.
But the outcome of that battle was unknown. According to the setting, he was the fourth dark giant to appear after Dark Faust, Dark Mephisto, and Dark Zagi!
He was the root cause of all events in the Ultraman Nexus incident, the only villain dark giant in the Ultra series to debut in a novel, named after Lucifer the devil Satan from Dante's Divine Comedy.
His combat power is unknown, but his strength is benchmarked against Ultraman Noah. Later in Galaxy Ultraman, it's said that part of Dark Lugiel's design adopted the scrapped N Project from Ultraman Nexus's final boss, Dark Lucifer.
Some even joke that Dark Lucifer ultimately appeared as Dark Lugiel!
"Interesting. The darkness you speak of—I think I've guessed who it is. This universe's final Boss, the fallen angel Dark Lucifer," Rhodes said.
"Master, if we can defeat this guy and absorb his dark power, then Belial and I will enhance our powers again. Even you can absorb part of his power.
The truth form born from fusing light and dark is the strongest power," Daram said.
In a way, he was actually the final experimental product of his master's light-dark fusion.
Back then, the reason his master had him fuse with Horus wasn't without cause.
His master wanted to use Horus's power, the Emperor's hope power, to create a Giant of Light, then have him fuse the original darkness to birth a light-dark fused truth form.
