The Safe Sex Club Chapter 4 (Patreon)

Hey there, backers.

So today is the semi-delayed update of Safe Sex Club, which I spent most of yesterday putting the finishing touches on. Some explanation for the delay follows:

This arc mostly concerns itself with Chiharu, and Haruka introducing the L.U.S.T. device, another one of her Safe Sex-enhancing inventions. Originally starting out in my mind as a single chapter, I soon realized that - when I took into consideration introducing Chiharu and Shizuka, the device itself, and also explaining Chiharu's motivations for joining the Club - there was a lot to get through. Keeping it constrained to just one chapter involved altogether far too much handwaving, which is how it inevitably snowballed into three, and will almost certainly extend to a fourth. 

Expanding the chapter past its original boundaries ended up creating a loooot of extra work, and has resulted in at least another 8k words being added on. This should make it all flow nicely and cohesively, as well as add some much-needed depth to the girl's motivations.

Since this chapter ended up being a bit on the short side, I threw in one of the Patreon backer commissions! I was asked to write a shortish piece about Tahm Kench having his way with some League gals, and Katarina ended up in the driver's seat. It was a little tricky to include multiple girls while keeping the length down, but I think it turned out to be a nice little exercise in perversion. Gorgeous girls actively craving attention from monsters/ugly creatures is a really nice subject to work with.

Also I currently don't have a title for this one. Any suggestions?
