Jinx Gets It (Patreon)

Hello hello patrons, hope you're all having a great year so far.

So as I said in the other post, this is a rather old story I wrote some years ago and just had sitting on my hard-drive for years because I thought it was a bit too rough and sketchy to ever bother posting. I spent a few nights going over it and rewriting it, basically bringing it in line with my current standards for quality while trying to preserve the flow of the existing writing as much as possible. That sort of thing is fun to do every now and then, it lets me keep track of where I'm at as a writer.

So obviously this decision was partially inspired by the recent Arcane show... Jinx has always been one of my favourite League champions and I adored her and wrote multiple stories about her back when I played the game before falling out of love with it a bit (realizing you've spent thousands of hours playing it when you could have been doing literally anything else will do that to you), but it was nice seeing her again in a capacity that didn't make me wanna blow my brains out. And they really nailed her personality and reminded me why I like her! I'll keep an eye out for Arcane season 2 when it rolls around, fingers crossed they add Poppy.
