~Takumi Y. Goch~
"Welcome to my mansion Sona, make yourself comfortable." I greeted Sona casually, after I was done making her magical girl gear I texted her to arrange our training ground and she seemed very eager to get started, likely due to her stemming inferiority complex against Rias.
"Greetings, Takumi-san. You changed your hair colour and eyes?" I noticed that she actually applied a little makeup, trying to appear presentable before me. I appreciated the effort, though the effort was slightly lessened by the fact that she was still in unifrom.
I twirled one of the ends of my hair, I stopped tying it by now, letting it hang naturally just fit better.
"Well, I entered my rebellious teenager phase so I thought that a change of pace would be nice." My rebellious I of course meant going from a devil to a dragon that claimed the heavens as his, against my consent.
And, while I didn't tell Sona or anyone that I changed races, I did that for a reason.
I wasn't going to hide it at all, I just wanted to see how funny it would be when they figured out that I went from a devil to Ddraig 2.0. And when they asked why I didn't tell them I will just hit them with the 'You didn't ask'.
I am such a miscreant.
Sona, not knowing what to say just decided to accept my words at face value. I led her to the spacious yard on my property and sat down on the fancy gazebo, shortly after Kalawarned served us both tea, after taking a sip I decided to get started.
"So, Sona-san, what do you want to learn or get from me? I'm sure you must have an idea." Sona stroked her chin in contemplation.
"I was aiming to improve my magical prowess and secure items for my peerage. If that is possible. I was also very interested in your form of magic Takumi-san." My eyes gleamed a little.
"Now that you mention it, transmutation would really fit you Sona, transmutation requires concentration and calculations foremost to achieve a very precise result. It can be a bit demanding at times though,
you wanna learn it?"
Sona widened her eyes a little in surprise.
"You would be willing to teach it to me? I thought that you would keep it a secret as it's a unique ability of yours. Of course, if you are willing to teach it, then I am also willing to learn." I shook my shoulders.
"Not really, it's not a unique ability, just another format of magic. Of course, I'd teach you, in fact, I want to see what happens when I teach someone Transmutation. Having a disciple sounds cool. But you would need a catalyst to get a feel for alchemy first since I can't drop you in the deep end."
Sona seemed delighted at the idea of being the first in the lands to learn my special and super cool art of transmutation I ripped off of FMA. She bowed her to me just slightly.
"Thank you for being willing to teach me Takumi-kun. How do we get a catalyst?" Now, time for my trap.
"Well, I already had one made for you specifically beforehand, like the artefacts I sell at my auction, this one is just better by a magnitude." Her eyes went properly wide this time.
"Wait, won't it be very expensive then? I don't want to get further into your debt Takumi-kun." I waved a hand placatingly.
"Don't worry about it, I owe Sera a lot, and I made it already for your exact specifications so I can't give it to anyone else. Just think of it like a gift. Its performance should match most sacred gears below Longinus level. And you will need to be familiar with Transmutation to use the Catalyst properly." Sona's mouth gaped open like a fish.
"Sacred Gear level?" Her avarice won over her hesitance and pride.
"Yep, first of it's kind too. Here it is Sona-chan. Say hello to the Magical Gear: Water Fairy!" I pulled out the very obvious magical girl wand from my inner world and Sona paled.
"T-Takumi-kun, why does my sacred gear-" Already calling it hers huh? "Look an awful like a magical girl wand?"
"Well, it just ended up that way. Do you not want it?" I feigned a genuinely disheartened expression. "I spent a lot of time, effort and resources into it, so if you really don't want it..." Sona slammed her hands on the table with panic as if I was about to take my gift back.
"N-no, I'll take it, thank you Takumi-kun." I felt just a little bad for manipulating her like this but me-dammit I was going to have magical girl Sona-tan no matter what.
She took the wand from my hands and inspected it curiously, I could see her cheeks burn from embarressment but she couldn't rebuke me.
"So... how does this work? I can't feel anything from it."
"You have to activate it with its command phrase first. It's "With the power of friendship and love, transformation Magical Girl: Water Fairy~★!" "
Sona looked downright mortified, glancing between me and the staff, she wanted to say no but I could see it in her eyes, her hunger for improvement and desire to not be left behind was stronger than pride.
With trembling lips, Sona spoke.
"W-with the power of friendship and love, transformation Magical Girl: Water Fairy." I tsked and shook my head.
"You have to say it with gusto and strike the pose. You can't become a magical girl with some half-hearted resolve." Sona hung her head a little, I was surprised she didn't shed a tear at this rate. She knew by now that any words or complaints would make her seem just ungrateful, especially since she already tried once.
Her hands holding the wand shook, sweat beaded up and dripped from her forehead. The hardest choices required the strongest of wills. And Sona made her choice.
She lifted one leg up, and tilted her torso slightly. One hand forming a v sign over her eyes as she held the wand out and puffed her chest out.
"With the power of friendship and love, transformation Magical Girl: Water Fairy~★!"
As soon as the activation phrase Sona was startled by the blue light covering her body, before the light was stripped away, leaving Sona in her new magical girl outfit. It was a classical magical girl outfit, basically, a recolour of Sera's that I took some slight creative liberties with such as giving her a more prominent chest window. Speaking of, you could see the slight bumps of her nipples through the cloth.
Truly, I am enlightened.
Sona hurriedly covered herself in embarrassment before realising how different she felt and looked at the wand in amazement, completely forgetting her fetish magical girl outfit.
"What... I feel way stronger! And my magic feels better! I can't believe it... so this is truly a sacred gear. But... Takumi-kun." Sona blushed and covered her skirt with her hands.
"Wh-Where are my underwear?" I blinked.
"Oh." I blinked again.
"Oh yeah, the magical girl clothes overwrote your original clothes and completely annihilated them." A beginner mistake but one that works for me, I will keep that flaw for future iterations too. I gave Sona a thumbs up.
"Don't worry Sona, magical girls don't wear underwear anyway! So you are fine!" She blushed so red I thought about changing her magical gear to crimson red. She screamed, her indignation finally winning over her strict exterior.
"Yes! They do!" I crossed my arms.
"I'm pretty sure they don't, we can call the ruling authority on magical girl matters right now. I am pretty sure Sera would give us a totally unbiased answer. Or do you dislike your sacred gear?" Sona's eyes twitched, she could not deny the power, power was addictive and the jump from her sacred gear.
She couldn't get such a large power boost and complain. She closed her eyes and released a deep breath. I could almost see her swallowing her complaints as she sighed and faced me.
"...Alright, can we start the lesson now please?" Her ability to regain her professionalism was honestly impressive.
"Yes, come, sit down, I'll need to give you a crash course on the basics of Alchemy and Transmutation first. Without conceptualizing what it means you won't have any luck with it." Sona finally gained a determined glint in her eyes. She was very eager to learn, I liked that.
"Yes!"

I observed Sona's cute focused expression as she very, very carefully engraved a larger water transmutation circle on the ground. She was squatted over and using a stick to draw it as I suggested she did to simulate rougher conditions. I saw the occasional breeze blow up her skirt slightly to show her bare ass but she was too concentrated to care.
She was good. She was definitely talented in Alchemy and Transmutation, she was someone who was strict and abided by a routine. She preferred to move calculated. In terms of combat transmutation her personality fit it very well. She was well more suited to controlling the natural world with formula than actuating supernatural with her demonic power.
However, I had to draw a very complicated Transmutation Circle for her to use since other people do not seem to be able to use it like I do with basic shapes and etc. But then again, other people did not have Iter Melius helping them.
Regardless, she grasped the concepts rather quickly and managed to freeze water and make it shatter with purely Transmutation on her first try.
"Takumi-san, how do you think this one looks?" Sona shot me an expectant look as she presented the transmutation drawn on the dirt. It looked passable at first glance but...
"The Northeast line is too crooked, it will throw off all of your margins just enough to make the entire matrix useless." Sona looked at the ground dejectedly but I patted her shoulder reassuringly.
"Don't get glum, I wasn't nearly as good as you when I first started, but that was mostly because I had to create it, still. Your talent is definitely acceptable. So, I wanted to give you this.." I gave Sona a book that she readily accepted, looking at the cover it read-
'Goch's Guide to Simple Transmutations'
"That should keep you busy for a while, study it carefully, its a little complex for beginners." Of course, I made the entire book on the spot through transmutation and mind magic, but still, I was assured of its quality. Sona smiled at a little at the book in her hands and bowed to me.
I seemed to have gain at least some semblance of respect from her, from a personal level at least. She respected me before as the Sekiryuutei but now she seems to view me in a different after I spent a few hours teaching her.
"Yes, thank you very much for teaching me Takumi-san! I'll make sure to learn it well!" I couldn't help but smile a little. Having a student felt genuinely nice for a change, having someone study my work and appreciate it on such a personal level was gratifying.
As I suspected, magical girls are always a great idea.
A/N: I love bullying Sona. She cannot escape her fate of being a magical girl, she wasn't able to in canon and she definitely won't be able to dodge that fate here. At least here it is done with a semblance of more grace. Takumi is being a smug bastard acting for his own amusement as always.
Sona has managed to become the Heavenly Dragon of Usurpation's first disciple. Who knows, maybe he turns the entirety of Sona's peerage into a magical girl show cast?(I am definitely doing that). Did you guys like Magical Girl Sona-tan and the teaching? I would love to know.
