A/N: Hey guys, Bronz here. And I have some big news about the Chaos Gacha. Since I noticed that a lot of people seem to have trouble downloading it whether that be due to malfunctioning antiviruses etc. I have decided to release the Chaos Gacha Web Version!
The Chaos Gacha is now also a Website, it may have some problems since it is the first version but it works. The downloadable version will still get updated as you cannot access the gacha list files on the web app so you cannot add your own. But still, the Webapp is much easier and more convenient to use and can even be used on mobile.
So, go check it out at: https://chaosgachaweb.onrender.com/
~Hakari Kotaro~
"Everyone, don't forget to double-check your luggage and your hero costumes. I don't want to hear any complaints about lost luggage, nor do I want to hear about any of you having worn your costumes outside all right? You need permission from your mentor for that."
Aizawa tiredly mumbled out while crossing off names on a list in his hands, we were currently in the bus station where everyone would get on busses to go to their respective internships. After all, almost if not all of the internships were in different cities than Musutafu, since there weren't too many hero agencies around Musutafu given that UA was there.
We all held metal UA brand briefcases holding our hero uniforms, I asked mine to be changed a bit, making it more comfortable and durable for a slightly higher cost since whatever I wore would get torn apart by my movements due to my massive physical stats.
Cost wasn't exactly a problem since Nezu's allowance was still in my pocket. Do I call him Dad now? Eh, I don't know, the legal guardship he took of me was slightly different. Not that I minded but I was just glad I didn't have to change my surname.
I cannot even remember the last time someone called me by my first name and not my last name. Was Kotaro really that bothersome to say? Well, I also called Toga, Toga instead of you know, Himiko so I understood it at least.
"So, where are you going Jiro-chan?"
I asked Jiro who was sitting next to me scrolling on her phone, I decided to sit next to her as Toga had already boarded her bus for her internship with some hero called Mr. Hider who had a disguise quirk that allowed him to change how objects and people looked.
"I'm going to Moro ward for my internship with Death Arms but my bus is delayed, it's soo annoying. I don't want to be late for my internship on my first day. I may have to call my parents to drive me there at this rate."
I thought for a moment, pulling up a mental map of the area. Moro ward in Tokyo, that was pretty close no?
"Say, Jiro-chan, isn't it a less than one-hour ride to Moro Ward from here?"
She nodded and I smiled slightly.
"You want a ride then?"
Jiro gave a humoured expression but waved me off.
"Thanks for the offer Hakari-kun, but I can't exactly get through the city with Mr. Behemoth."
I gave her a flat expression.
"Jiro, did you really think I was going to piggyback you through Japan? I meant my motorcycle." She turned her head to me with a surprised expression.
"Wait, you have a bike? I thought you just ran everywhere with how freakishly fast you were." A vein popped up in my head and I brought my hand closer to Jiro to flick her forehead before she quickly changed the topic. "-I mean, how does your bike look? I thought you'd take the bus like everyone else."
I got up and gestured for her to come with me, walking over to the parking lot, since my internship was slightly past Jiro's it wouldn't be a problem. I already had it registered with Power Claw-sensei so I could ride it in public, I also modified it with Mei to make the seating a little better for two people to ride, making its seating more similar to Kusanagi from Cyberpunk.
As she saw my bike her eyes lit up like stars, kneeling to look at the bike closer as I nodded in satisfaction, you can't beat the Akira bike it's a thing of beauty.
"Whoa! This thing is so badass! Where did you get it Hakari-kun? This thing must have cost a fortune."
No rocker girl can resist the allure of an Akira bike. I got on the bike and made the engine purr as Jiro looked even more excited.
"It's a custom build, I modified it with some help from the support course. So, want a ride? I can get you there in less than 30 minutes with this baby." For dramatic effect I pulled out the Charismatic Sunglasses and put them on my face while Jiro nodded with cheer, this is probably the most excited I have ever seen the normally stoic rocker girl.
"Hell yeah! Thanks Hakari-kun."
I gestured for her to get on, sitting behind me and gingerly wrapping her arms around my torso with some hesitation, probably embarrassment, but that was wiped away when I made the engine roar once more.
"Hang on tight Jiro-chan, and remember, the traffic laws are just suggestions."
"Traffic laws are what- Woah!"
I slammed on the gas and the Akira Bike roared to life as we left the bus station, my bike was fast, like, really fast. This bike had over 300 horsepower after some modifications from Mei, so within moments were off, it didn't take more than 3 seconds for us to reach 90mph. Jiro's arms around my body tightened as we raced across the street.
"Wooohooo! How can you drive this thing Hakari-kun!? Is this even safe!?"
She was both excited and fearful for her life but I was an expert at riding motorbikes, I was a Yakuza and used a motorbike to get around town during most of my career, I even had it overclocked, probably because of suicidal ideation. But the point was, I was good at taming beasts like this bad boy. Besides...
"It's safer than fighting villains that's for sure! Besides, Jiro did you forget that I regularly sprint at Mach? This bike is about as fast as an afternoon walk for me. I could drive it with my eyes closed."
Jiro seemed to realize this mistake because it was true, driving this beauty was nothing compared to trying to make a sharp turn while doing a Mach sprint. She settled in her seat while her arms were still wrapped around me.
"Fair enough. Thanks for the ride Hakari-kun, do you know where Death Arms agency is?"
"Yeup, I already checked it before hopping on. With this speed, it won't take more than half an hour to get you there." Jiro hummed affirmatively before resuming her enjoyment of the ride while I used Byakugan to steer more accurately, no skimping on safety when I have passengers.
I love having Nothing's Wrong Here, no one will stop me for speeding since they will probably assume I am a pro hero or a sidekick who has permission.

~Kotaro Hakari~
It didn't take even 20 minutes to deliver the frazzled Jiro to the Death Arms when I was clocking 200mph at top speed much to Jiro's displeasure that she showed by stabbing me multiple times with her earlobe jacks.
They actually kinda hurt, though, on a scale of bumping into the table corner and reconnecting my mangled arm, it was about a 3.
After delivering Jiro I was free to speed up to 270mph on the advanced bike and reach the Buni ward of Tokyo in less than 15 minutes, this was where my internship with Mirko would take place.
She had honoured her words and sent me an internship invitatiın after the tournament, though strangely the actual letter itself was rather sloppy with writing mistakes and was obviously not reviewed by a professional. Did she not have her own agency?
Shaking my head of such idle thoughts I parked my bike in the parking lot of the apartment building she gave me as an address. I locked my bike, if anyone tried to steal that thing I would make sure to chop off their arms and legs before freezing the ends and delivering them to the hospital.
Though now that I look around, I don't see any signs of her agency. No big billboards, no signs anywhere. All of the instructions I had been given were going to this apartment at around this time. Although... looking closer, it's actually telling me to come to a specific apartment, not the building.
Weird request but, sure, okay.
I took out my bag and briefcase that I stashed on the bike and walked into the admittedly nice apartment building, it was pretty tall and the apartment itself was rather high up, 20 floors. In fact, the Buni ward was a more high-rise ward. Mirko probably chose it to be able to hop around buildings freely.
After an elevator ride, I arrived in front of the apartment I was instructed to, it looked like a completely normal apartment to my eyes but I rang the doorbell regardless, after a few seconds and multiple thump sounds the door opened to reveal Mirko standing in front of me with an excited expression.
"Ooh! So you are here already here Hakari? You are earlier than I had expected, were you that excited? Well, what are you waiting for!? Come in!" I couldn't help but appreciate the sight in front of me, Mirko was dressed in a form-fitting shirt that hugged her generous figure nicely and wore some short-leg jeans that fit her lower body perfectly.
I walked inside the apartment at her urgings and looked around, it was a cosy apartment, not very large, but more than enough with some space left over for one or two people. There were some carrot-themed furniture around and it was pretty messy, basically, it looked like a very well-lived apartment.
"So... where is your Agency Mirko-san? I thought you'd ask to meet me there instead of your apartment?" Mirko turned to me with a confused expression.
"What do you mean? I don't have an agency, well, I do have an accountant but that's all. I work alone. I had help from Nezu to send my letter to you."
I blinked.
She was in the top 10, and she doesn't have an agency? I knew she was a loner but I thought she would at least have some sidekicks to clean up her messes. Wait, so what do we do now? I raised a finger in question.
"So... what do I do now Mirko-san? Where am I going to be staying and what are we going to do for our internship?" She shrugged her shoulders and gave me an expression as if it was obvious.
"You're gonna be staying here obviously. I'm sure I can fit you in here, you can just place your luggage whenever."
My expression went blank, she definitely did not prepare at all for this internship nor did she put much thought into it. I knew she was a very much 'My pace' sort of person but this seemed a bit much. Not that I mind cohabiting with Mirko mind you, you couldn't torture a sentence like that out of me. I am just baffled.
As she said I put my luggage near the door, now glad that I hadn't brought all that much with me. Now that I had shed my luggage Mirko looked at me with expectant and excited eyes.
"You mentioned what we were going to do right? It's pretty simple, I am going to whip you into shape and you are going to follow me on my patrols and observe how I deal with conflicts and villains, how to do efficient patrols etc. But before all of that, I'm gonna give you some combat experience. Now! Dress up in your costume and follow me, we are going to my gym!" Mirko grabbed my briefcase and tossed it over to me before going into her room to change.
Huh, that speech actually sounded unusually responsible for her. Following her orders I quickly dressed into my uniform just in time for Mirko to burst out of her room fully dressed in her hero outfit, she gave me a once over before giving me a big ol thumbs up.
"Looking good, simple outfits are better. Now then." She had a slightly mischievous expression on her face. "Since you are already dressed in time for the first assignment. Try and keep up with me!"
Before I could question her Mirko opened a window and jumped out, making my eyes widen as she shouted while falling down.
"Come on slowpoke! You'll lose sight of me if you me get a headstart you know." Then she suddenly jumped off of the building with practised motion as I finally got proper bearings of myself and sighed.
This internship seems like it's gonna be much more challenging than I had anticipated.
Oh well. Not like I'm gonna run from a challenge.
Actually, I have to run after my challenge right now. No time to waste.
I turned on Scary Monsters and Phase Shift before jumping out the window after Mirko.
A/N: The Interships begin and Jiro is marvelled by Hakari's large, marvelous and captivating... bike. I decided to give her some attention because when you get a badass bike you have to show it off to the rocker girl. It's law.
Mirko is going to be fun to write. And she starts off her internship with a bang, she will certainly keep Hakari on his toes. But when Hakari gets his way he is going to be the keeping her on her toes as he rails her. Did you guys like the start of Mirko's introduction? I'd love to know.
