small question, if it says i am on "swapped/due to" next month, do I have to submit the same info again or the idea has been stashed for next month and I don't have to give any extra info?

I keep them, so you don't have to worry about resubmitting. Unless next month you decide you want a different one, in that scenario I would delete the first post in favor of the new submission.
