I don't remember if the Deepa arc is canon or not, but if you want Sarada, Mitsuki, and Boruto development, this is one I highly recommend.

Episodes 157-180 are the prelude to the next manga arc, which begins in episode 181. There are developments and cool fights, but they're nonexistent in the manga. It's up to you whether you want to watch something that's irrelevant to the plot.

The canon manga episodes begin again at Episode 181. I would suggest watching them straight through rather than jumping around, which might be more confusing. It may still be a little confusing, though, as the studio decided to milk the series by scattering random canon pieces among a lot of filler

I really recomend watching the Kara Actuation Arc (157-175), it gives the Kara organization so much more depth and has some great action. Boruto also often uses Charackters and plotlines from the anime canon in the manga cannon episodes (just like in this episode), they build on each other.

Nick if you want to see Sarada, Boruto and Mitsuki the 3 of them together, then you can watch episode 157 to 180 this have a peak animation fight and development characters of Boruto, Sarada and Mitsuki which follow the manga canon.

Nick I agree with everyone saying that u should watch Episodes 157 - 180. I truly believe that just like you thanked us when we told you to go back and watch the time travel arc, you'll be saying the same thing if you watch this arc. It serves as a really good introduction for the major villains of the Boruto anime and its gonna make you like them so much more.
