And so, Ending 2 reaches its finale.

Will Satoshi find happiness after his well-planned revenge, or will he refuse to change, thus repeating his mistakes once more?

From the very beginning, I pictured Satoshi getting together with Shizuka. Through many trials and tribulations, they eventually succeeded, finding a common ground in wanting to live out a romance with each other, and their unexpected sexual compatibility. Ending 2 was also one in which Kendo found some real pushback and an eventual defeat, not at the hands of someone who was more sexually capable than he is (very difficult to accomplish), but by someone who knew how to manipulate his few insecurities to his favor.

Of course, Satoshi doesn't have a happy ending guaranteed. That depends on your choices! But there is a happy ending for him in this update, and despite its lack of NTR, I hope you guys appreciate it as a culmination of his story.

Granted, there's also an NTR variation to Ending 2. What would Satoshi's story be without the possibility of him messing up big time, after all?

I got to explore many sides to these characters that I hadn't had the chance to during these latest developments. Satoshi, Shizuka, Mary, Kendo, Arato... it was very fun. The story got a bit heavy as a result. Not exactly the same tone as the happy-go-lucky sexy shenanigans from the early game!

But we'll get back to those eventually. Kendo cannot be defeated forever! He is the King of Summer for a reason! He just needs one extra push.

And speaking of, next week we'll be moving on to conclude Rin's story, finally!

I'll be making a post detailing the broad-strokes of what remains of the game. This was Ending 2 out of 3 "main" Endings for the game.
