Variant based off that recent line art. Kept the premise of two medical professionals doing most of the talking.

My head canon here is that there has been a ‘wonka challenge’ going around but that it all the popular videos cut before the person doing them edit out the parts where they get REALLY big & round because they’re self-conscious, so as more people try the challenge, they’re unaware of just how big they’ll get.

And it’s making EMTs jaded.

I’ve got other things in the works, but this was a pretty quick variant to do.
