Wilds Apex Monsters (Sketch) (Patreon)

Hi everyone!

Lately I've been really struggling to get any art done. Idk it must be ADHD brain but everytime I want to draw something I just end up overcomplicating it in my head and it becomes overwhelming and I struggle to make art.

So tonight I just opened the canvas and drew what I felt like could be simple and fun. I challenged myself to draw my new favorite monster from Monster Hunter: Rey Dau (from memory). It felt like it would be a bit more freeing since I didn't want to get it "perfect" but just draw what came to my mind. That's why you can see the looser strokes compared to my usual art. After drawing Rey Dau I thought it'd be fun to try tackling the rest of the monsters and that's what I did! I still haven't checked the official references to see how I did lmao.
