My guess is she saw Nicole or a different infected women somewhere and may have been exposed to the alien spores at some point and now has a subcauscious draw to others who are infected to aid them to grow the alien pregnancies. Or we may be seeing an introduction to a future comic that Pyra has planned after the alien pregnancy..
