I think the aliens don’t want Nichole to even think about contacting any hospital so they are gonna help her fat ass get out of this door frame lmao. It is their fault she’s stuck after all.

Given that Nicole is trapped in her room and doesn't have access to her kitchen might mean the aliens are in a difficult situation where they need her to be mobile but due to her size getting through doors is not practical and hunger doesn't seem like a good solution for the situation. My guess is their about to demonstrate a new ability to allow their host to remain mobile. My guess is they have the ability to rearange themselves inside the womb so the shape of the hosts belly will warp and change shape to allow them to pass through doorways.
