The new issue of Where Monsters Lie hits shelves today for New Comic Book Day, and features a variant cover by Sarah Dyer and I.

The original line art for this cover (with the rough layout) is available for sale on my 1970's fanzine ad-like Art For Sale List.

I'll never have a real website that I can upload art images to, it's never going to happen. But it's easy enough to take photos of the pages and e-mail them to interested parties that ask. I forget to plug the art list all the time. Everything available from the files is on the list, from Eltingville (every available page is on there, slowly but surely they are disappearing), Hectic Planet, Dork, Kid Blastoff, Biff-Bam-Pow and some odds and ends. There's no Milk & Cheese art currently available, to save you a trip if anyone's interested in that. Not many left, holding onto them for at least a while longer.

Saw this on the shelf at my LCS yesterday and this piece is genuinely unsettling - you really knocked it out of the park (LCS is Coast City Comics in Portland Maine - a very horror friendly comic shop that also does screen printing and toys/etc - they have lots of copies and they do mail order if anyone reading is looking for a copy and wants to support a cool shop).

So thankful for this cover and the shoutout, Evan! When DHP asked who I wanted for variants on this book (and Barfly) you were the first name I said! So grateful to have our paths cross and for you to bless my books with your talents!

Thanks so much for the opportunity to do the covers, it was really appreciated. I'm glad you were happy with them and I hope they sold a few extra copies.
