Not a Patreon-exclusive (sorry!) but I wanted to post it in case anyone's a fan of The Ghost With A Bag On Its Head. 

And my life issues. Someone I thought I was close to just disappeared on me with no explanation. It's really bummed me out. Womp Womp.

I did talk about it in therapy, despite my intentions. And the four nightmares I had last night. And the other stuff that happened. Bad day, tough session. Womp womp.

Sigh, I’m so sorry about your “friend,” that has happened to me and it’s a dismayingly powerful feeling, no matter how I tried to minimize it at the time. Glad you’re working on it, that’s all we can do sometimes.

The worst part of it is you always wonder what you did wrong, and it's most likely nothing, it's them that ghosted. It's an awful feeling and I fully empathize with the urge to shrivel and hermit.
