A straightforward illustration job for Nickelodeon Magazine. Colors by Sarah Dyer.

It was funny to be asked to draw DC and Marvel superheroes, but not for a DC or Marvel comic book. If I'm remembering correctly, we were asked to use the X-Men movie version of Storm because it would have been more familiar to most kids at the time. If I were taking this assignment on today, I'd loosen things up and draw the characters a bit more stylized.

Working for Nickelodeon/Nick was always fun, for the most part. I miss that gig a lot, along with most of the 1990's-2000's NYC cartooning community. Nick Mag helped pay the rent for so many of us.
