Forgive what is probably a dumb question, but are the other runner-ups going to get drawn in the future as well? Like I've been subscribed for years, you'd think I know how this works by now. XD

No worries Owen, it's a very valid question. I usually draw a portion (between 5-9) sketches from the 20 candidates who don't make it to the top 5 for the Round 2 poll each month. I hope that answers your question, unless I completely misunderstood it.
