Sooo. Kylie comes with a facemask AND overlay. Both of em has already applied to her.
So it's up to you to pick one. By default overlay is under the skin texture and not visible. Textures made from scratch including both face, body and eyes.
Or you could just play like that without any changes. Works fine too.

Each sim has a different body texture depending on various circumstances. P-Stars and Adult Industry workers has literally their own body textures. Since i use real photos to make one.
