A very fat  (300+ lbs) woman takes a pill to move her fat to her boobs. It works better than expected — she's now very skinny and her pants/panties have fallen off her, while her breasts have gained 100lbs each and are barely contained by her XXXL sweater. She's marveling at her flat belly, but only by touch since her boobs block her view.
