Joy Harmon’s Merrie from the 1965 film “Village of the Giants.” After eating her piece of goo, her breasts swell up and burst the buttons on her fuzzy blue sweater, as she grows into a giantess, and the rest of her clothes shrink in size (as she looks on in abject shock!).
