This month's idea comes from uruseiranma. This entry tied for 2nd place in the August 2022 Sketch Commission poll:

Vera has taken a huge dose of blueberries, and after Carl has filled her with his c*m, she has outgrown her house, and in the wreckage, we see her as a massive, 70 ft, taut blueberry, shiny and round, her head so deep inside a divot, as she waits for Carl, to grow long enough to hit bottom deep inside of her.
