In a way, this is the big chapter. This is the first idea of Pulse as a superhero.
I made this chapter intentionally to fool readers of the older Pulse comic. In the older Pulse comic, Annie got huge breasts from an experiment to give someone else (and accidentally her) powers. I wasn't sure what older readers were expecting here, but I wanted to keep her final form a little up in the air during the story. It apparently did surprise people who thought she would remain petite through the entire comic, but looking back at DeviantART comments for the page, most were older readers who knew what to expect.
I did almost keep her natural body here, but I decided the point of the comic was a top-heavy superheroine.
Compared to the older version of the comic, this time she fills out overall. I suspected "Jungle Girl" would have curves, if Annie was meant to be like her...
