The main difference would probably be that -sometimes- you'd see nipples.  Not every comic page, or even most comic pages would be different.  Kind of like it would often be topless-ness replacing what would be a cheesecake tease.

I would prefer mostly SFW, but some NSFW. In my opinion BE is the most fun when the subject is stretching out shirts or trying to hide/contain her new mass. But a few topless scenes where she's checking out her progress or something like that is nice too.

I voted greatly for NSFW, since that provides the widest range of options, and even suspense. If you feel like a teasing shot, you can draw that, if it's a topless or shower scene, you can do that. And things like "Will the top give out or not?" :)
