Changes for Next Month (Patreon)

After the first of the month I'm going to switch the Patreon to pay upfront instead of pay after a month.  I'm doing this because I'm planning to add commission tiers, possibly at the same time (I'd say I'm certainly going to do it, but there are a few tasks I haven't completed yet).  Otherwise I might have to make people wait a month so they'd have paid and then start on their item.

Worst case it might be during the month (not at the start of the month), best case I might just add a couple of simple slots to test the process.
