Pulse 479 WIP 2 (Patreon)

Okay, I started out wanting at least Tabitha and Jeese in costumes.  I had planned to ask for suggestions on what outfits, but last week when the power came back on, it took a day or two for the internet to come back on as well.  So, with power, but no internet or cell signal, I had to rely on the reference folder on my computer.

I wanted Tabitha to be in an anime outfit to fit her once in a while anime references.  I also wanted her to be a blonde with long hair so she didn't need to wear a wig.  -- so I selected Sailor Venus, and I put Jesse as Sailor Mars.  I'm not sure what to think of the other two.  My original plan was to put them both in outfits as well, but I felt like them being in their normal clothes made it seem like they weren't going with the flow.

I think Annie's dialog in the last panel needs to be altered.  She clearly knows that Tabitha makes things up.
