So, the train station thing wasn't a coincidence, they'd planned to meet up there. All the other questions do eventually get answers, but it takes its time tying everything together. On his name, Ryuugamine means "dragon's mountain" and it's long which means it's fancy. Mikado means "emperor." So yeah, doesn't sound like a real person's name. I'd figured out by the end of this episode that blue text guy is him. The name he uses on there, Tanaka Tarou, is very bog standard in comparison.
