Feature Survey #106 (Patreon)

New feature survey! This time we've got new options, as well as a question about who you'd like to see new outfits for! We've also mothballed the technical feature survey elements because they've gotten perennially low vote shares, so we'll implement them on our own schedule as they seem necessary - we added UI opacity, for instance, and we've got some auto-skipping options planned.
