I doubt it, but will we ever see items or scenarios that cause breast/butt/cock/balls expansion and reduction to Hiro and/or companions? I only say I doubt it as I'm sure adding that in a satisfying way would probably be more effort than it's worth

Could we get a doppelganger mystery box next survey, or even companion? There's a lot of potential with that character! They could even take over for Hiro in some scenes, and make them a sideshow to their own life.
